Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling martial art focusing on ground fighting, developed from Judo. It's for self-defense, fitness, and competition. BJJ teaches submissions, positional control, and clinch holds. Good for all ages and body types, promoting mental discipline and women's self-defense.
