Sigma Martial Arts & Fitness is located at 28 High Street, Medford, MA 02155. We are right in the heart of the bustling Medford Square, located across from the Members Plus Credit Union. We are located just off of Exit 23 on I-93 and within easy walking distance of at least six different bus lines.

Parking in Medford Square is a little tough but not impossible. Street parking is free before 8:00 am and after 6:00pm Monday through Saturday. The closest parking lot is between Governors Ave. and Bradlee Rd., just behind the Islamic Cultural Center — we recommend you park there. You can also find FREE one-hour street parking on Bradlee Rd. and FREE two-hour street parking on the northbound side of Governors Ave.

Nope — just bring yourself! If you own any martial arts equipment or clothing from past training (such as boxing gloves), then we encourage you to bring them. If not, we have equipment that you can borrow (don’t worry - we thoroughly clean each item after every use).

For your first class, we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before the class begins so we can show you around and complete any necessary paperwork. We understand that sometimes life (and traffic) can spoil your on-time arrival. Out of respect for our other members, we always ask that you do your best to arrive and be prepared to begin class on time.

For your first class, we recommend wearing appropriate athletic clothing you feel comfortable moving around in. Once you become a member, we may require or recommend a certain uniform or clothing depending on the program you enter. Please ask one of our representatives for more details.

Absolutely not! We are confident that you will see the value in the experience you will have at Sigma Martial Arts, so we have no obligation commitments. Just provide us proper notice.

You worked hard to earn the rank you have achieved, and it is not our right to take that away from you. That being said, if you choose to enter one of our ranked programs, you will have to learn our material and meet our standards for continued ranking moving forward. We will be happy to discuss how this works at Sigma Martial Arts.

We offer different types of programs and deals for you to make your martial arts journey affordable. While each program will depend on what your own goals are, we can generally say programs will cost between $79-$199 a month.

At Sigma Martial Arts, our foundation is built on the lessons we teach our members, including the principles of respect and doing no harm to others. Yes! We understand that your schedule may require you to be flexible. For that, we have class passes available for purchase. Please ask a representative for more details.

Of course! We understand that sometimes life gets in the way. Your membership will allow you the flexibility to make up a class at a later date or time outside of your regular routine.

If you have a membership with Sigma Martial Arts, you can freeze it for up to two months in a given year. Please let us know in advance.
