A one-hour session of one of our martial arts classes has many benefits, such as allowing for a workout that impacts your entire body, allowing for a health overhaul in the following areas due to the nature of the practice. Sigma Martial Arts will host recurring self-defense classes throughout the week, in addition to other martial arts-influenced classes such as kickboxing, muay thai, and self-defense classes.
