A one-hour session of one of our judo classes has many benefits, such as allowing for a workout that impacts your entire body, allowing for a health overhaul in the following areas due to the nature of the practice. Sigma Martial Arts will host recurring Judo classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, in addition to other martial arts-influenced classes such as kickboxing, muay thai, and self-defense classes.
